Adaptil Dog Appeasing Pheromone Diffuser and Refills
Adaptil, formerly known as D.A.P. (dog appeasing pheromone), is a synthetic copy of the natural canine appeasing pheromone that has been proven to help support dogs in a range of stressful situations. It is odorless, non-sedative, non-systemic and can be used alongside all other types of medication. Scientific studies have shown that using Adaptil helps to reduce the signs of stress in dogs and puppies exposed to challenging situations.
The diffuser should be plugged in continuously in the room where the dog spends most of its time.
Each diffuser covers an area of up to 700 sq. ft. and refill vials last 30 days. Diffuser heads should be replaced every six months. Do not plug-in the diffusers under shelves or behind doors, curtains or furniture. To function properly, the diffuser must not be obstructed in any way.
Please note: New Adaptil refills (Janary 2016 forward) are not compatible with previous model wall outlet diffusers.
